Initial Consult + 1 on 1 Training – 120 minutes
The process starts with a complete biomechanical assessment that lasts for 45-60 minutes, which is just our way of testing how your body handles itself in everyday life, which in turn tells us what its strengths and weaknesses are. This will more specifically be done through the Functional Patterns methodology with a static postural assessment and a slow-motion gait analysis followed by self-myofascial release and corrective exercises. The corrective exercises and training will last for 60 minutes.
Your success will be achieved by boosting biomechanical capabilities by analyzing your individual movement patterns before applying correctional measures for higher quality everyday movement.
You will be instilled and empowered with the knowledge and practice needed to remove restrictions on the body for sustained graduations in performance.
Subsequent 1 on 1 Training – 60 minutes
After your initial assessment, we will further develop the techniques you’ve learned through corrective and dynamic exercises. Monitoring progress objectively, we prioritize gait cycle results by routinely recording videos of activities like walking, jogging, sprinting, or other specific movements relative to your situation. Throughout our sessions, our focus will be on identifying and addressing dysfunctions causing discomfort, while establishing new, functional patterns. This approach has a higher probability to lead to significant pain reduction and enhanced movement in everyday life.
